If I want to live in Indonesia, what visa do I need to apply for?

Depending on your country of origin, you may not require a visa to enter Indonesia and stay for 1-2 months. If you want to stay between 3-6 months, you can apply for a business or social visa. We can help you with visa processing.

Does buying a plot or house give me access to an Indonesian visa?

No, it does not give you access to a visa. Please note that this is a lease for 80 years, not a
purchase. Even if it were a purchase, a visa is not granted. However, it is easy to obtain a
visa if you need one, for 2 months, 6 months, or 2 years, and it can be extended indefinitely.

Is it possible to have a dog or a cat?

Dogs and cats are welcome. There will be a play area for pets, but they will not be allowed in certain facilities such as gyms, co-working, and beach clubs, with the exception of guide dogs.

You can arrive by plane to Bali from anywhere in the world and then search for flights to
Tambolaka airport with Skyscanner. It is only about 50 minutes away. Once you arrive on Tambolaka Island, you can hire transportation with us to get to the resort.
