The roof of the building is made of locally produced alang-alang grass, which is a typical material used in tropical areas. It has the benefits of keeping the interior cool and adds to the authentic Sumbanese experience.

Prices

The villa serves as both a residence and a lucrative investment opportunity, with its primary value lying in its potential for rental income. The villa's price is divided into three components: the villa itself, the accompanying accessories, and the swimming pool. Buyers are given the freedom to customize their own personal paradise. Payment can be made through full transfer of funds to the company's account, cryptocurrency, or installment payments spread over three years. Foreigners cannot own land in Indonesia, but can lease it for up to 80 years through a company that will manage the land for housing, rental, or sale to foreigners under contract for the remaining period.
